This time I debated trying their salmon arrabbiata instead but the consistency they have of going above and beyond for the chicken Romano was hard to avoid going back to. I took a gamble and called the restaurant to ask for a personal opinion and was told they could gladly substitute the chicken for salmon and I am BEYOND delighted with this accommodation.
